Our specialties
Kids rarely say ‘I’m struggling.’ They show it — in behavior, sleep, school, and silence. We help young people find words, skills, and confidence.

Children and adolescents face real mental health challenges — anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, trauma — but they show them differently than adults do, and they need care designed for their age and developmental stage. That’s precisely what our child and adolescent specialists provide, for patients as young as two.
The single most consistent finding in child mental health research is that early help changes trajectories. Addressing struggles now can prevent more serious issues later in life — and dramatically improves a young person’s day-to-day quality of life, at school, at home, and with friends. Sometimes that work extends beyond our office: with a family’s permission, we coordinate with schools and pediatricians when it helps.
If you’re reading this page, something already told you to look. Trust that instinct. A conversation with a specialist costs you an hour; the reassurance — or the early start — is worth far more.
